This is not partnered youtube channels, I will partner your youtube.

You won't get a fine for this, this is 100% whitehat and you won't get banned either.

a youtube partnered channel can check youtube usernames, and also take any accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

Also here is the requirements:

No strikes
No adsense on it
Much better if its brand new or if you let me make one.
I need access to the mail account for 24hours, therefor i suggest you to let me make the account then give you the login information.

iricom and quicgroup aggregator methods are saturated. Everyone knows them and they dont work anymore.

This has nothing to do with that. And this method is much better.

Basically Edwin partners your YT channel. You will be earning revenue IF you are making and claiming your video's.

A normal payrate = $1.50 up to $3 per 1,000 monetized views.

I am not sure if you will get everything such as channel banner, events, livestream options and so on and so forth.
