As a Canadian, I don't need to verify my Paypal, but I know american's and many other nations require it. I have a used VCC with $.30 on it, and i'm willing to sell it so you can verify your Paypal! Buy out is 5$, and there are sites that sell these for 10$, so this is a fucking buy!

You can't use a card on your PayPal if its on someone else's PayPal.
