Pretty sure that's made with Cooltext, your own signature is at least. If you're just using a site or making stuff like this start off doing it for free so that you get experience. It's a good way to start.
If you're just using a site, don't charge at all. It's scummy. Good luck man!

I agree with Hurt, Your sig's are not the best to start charging people.. You need more work
