The reason why it's so low is because the OCE server has the player base that is about the size of 1/5th of NA's player base. Edit : and EUW

OG's are also a lot easier to get on that server, again because of the player base.

I can see how you got $100 out of those a year ago because that was probably before the IGN reset happened and OG's were nearly impossible to come by.

Also, the OG's you sold for $100 probably weren't on OCE. lol
