I am almost certain this guy got it, I tested it myself I swapped it to a fresh account and then back so I swapped it twice and I got it twice and this was about 30 mins before he supposedly didnt get it, seems a bit fishy

Just post a scam report and if they say its valid he will be banned as simple as that instead of arguing. And next time just give him the account.
