Pretty much the process where it injects the file that was crypted.
Many of the crypters inject it to vbc.exe, that is the visual basic compiler.

@OP, could you tell us what crypter are you using?
 
I've never seen a vbc.exe in any of my servers that I've used paid crypters for, also it wouldn't be hard to just rename his server to vbc.exe and bind it to mine :L Just putting that out there.

vbc.exe is located in %windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\*version*\vbc.exe (most likely v2.0.50727)

I may be wrong, it is probably where it injects it and is clean or it is backdoored.
