It is NOT illegal to sell an ISO disc for GTA IV, by law if you own an original copy of any media (cd,s/games/movies) you are legally allowed to keep a backup copy and mod it as you wish! I am interested in buying one of these discs, PM me on here and we can talk the logistics!
