Seeking a userbar - 20 dollars

I am seeking a userbar for my upcoming group "Harmony" If anyone can do this, I would be grateful. 
I do allow creativity when you make it, but I want something with wings involved and maybe a shield, swords or something. As stated above, I'll be paying 20 dollars for this to be done. It can be a .gif I believe as well. So if you want, make a static version and then maybe add a shine to it for the .gif version.
