I have been actually trying to figure out a way to let users see there own reported posts, but I have not been able to get anything to work yet. I have been trying for quite a while now. I will probably have to make a whole new plugin or pay and have someone else do it if I don't have the time.

As for the warning system though, upgraded members can view everyone's warning levels, And why they received them. Also members can view there own warning levels and the reason they received it. Which is kind of the same in a way. As it links you to the post, and all that jazz.
