Actually I'm pretty sure he charged back on @Rude, correct me if I'm wrong.
 
I was wondering the same thing.. I'm not sure if he charged back or his PayPal got limited and it charged back. As the 2nd option happened to me before and it sucks! When you get limited sometimes PayPal charge back all the payments which where sent that week etc
 
Wouldn't be the first time Sector has fucked someone.  Not sure why he wasn't added to DWC upon his return in the first place.

So you're saying he 100% meant to scam? Damn I thought his PayPal got limited and pulled back all payments as that can happen.
 
He charged back on @rude and the thread wasn't needed couldn't have just simply pm someone on the staff team.
