In my honest opinion, this would be an excellent implementation. It definitely would stop the conflict/drama with other user-groups. Nice suggestion, hopefully it gets implemented!
I think it would be cool, if you could add a small flag type thing, for us to choose what country we are from, and the flag will show next to our username, just so we can show our pride for our countries.
Everything would be Cluttered and messed up.. You would also then have The Symbol for Angels + Omega + Userbars and awards would be hanging off maybe even be overlapped.
I think that The Elite is right, but not only is it not good looking, it's also very childish to expect people to want this as well. Why does it matter what user bar you're using? It's just a little image. Your attitude is what is important.
