So few days ago I was scammed for my gt, I've recently acquired the hotmail info back from the hotmail team giving proof of ownership.

The scammer bought mpoints on my account, and changed my OG gt.

I have a feeling he left his real personal info on the account, address's and such.

Is there anyone on xbox I can call and try to recover this gt? or am I fucked.

I won't disclose that till this is resolved, I thought if you switch your tag it's reserved for 24 hours? But apparently not, it's on his new account, and he has the same outfit as his old accounts, pretty fucked up.

His name is Pro on HF...
 
Reserved for 24 hours? Where did you hear that bs? Once it's changed, it's gone. Call the support team and tell them. Post a scam report and go on xbox.com to look at the billing info..

it was made by a pre paid card, the idiot was dumb enough to leave his address on account, can I do anything with it?

Called support can't do anything cause I've never had it on a xbox, only on xbox.com... apparently...
 
If the guy changed your name to another account, you're fucked. I strongly recommend never dealing on HF, they're all assholes.

But yea, update, I called in and they've closed my account and his account for investigation.
