Weird... I just spoke to him today. Seemed like a chill guy. You're going to need to post in the Dispute section for this man. As long as you can provide proof.

paypal has a rule about that. They will throw it out if he says that.

Well it works for me, if he doesn't want to do that he can just say he left his PayPal logged in at the library

That one could work actually. At the end of the day getting scammed sucks. Just hope this case in particular is solved quick.

Both ways work, you can't provide proof as it was a virtual item (in this case it was money)

I told them I don't know how they got in the account and will be changing my password

scammed multiple times on this site.
 
Just say some guy on craigslist made you send some money for a video game or some shit, unfortunately after you sent the money he never sent the item nor cared to even contact you. If you sent as goods and service, say he forced you to send via friends and fam, otherwise he wouldn't deal. "Know I guess I know why he made send as friends and fam, hopefully you guys can help me get my money back." Say something along those lines, may take a week or two, but the I tried that last time and it worked.

Use this as your lat resort, I'm sure other members are more experienced than I am. :3
