Soooo, I pre-ordered the BO3 Digital Deluxe edition and I don't have access to the beta for some reason 

Gonna open a scam report on Microsoft and get them banned
 
Sucks that you can't play the beta.. Is it that you didn't get a code or it won't allow you to go onto it.

You should have received a message saying you're in the beta with a link to download it. Have you tried contacting Xbox Support? All my friends that have gotten it through the marketplace, got a message with a download and are playing as of right now. Hope you get this resolved.
 
Sir I will need to be seeing the PMs or nothing can be done.
