I am selling this domain today it is hosted with godaddy I bought it from Philly a little while ago I did have it set up at first but than i just stoped working on it.

Or it could be used as a place to list all the known scammers.

It could always (possibly) be used for discussing social engineering, as in a way, sometimes it's also considered "scamming". Depends on the scenario though, otherwise this domain is worthless.
