Sauteed Vegetables with Curry

I think that dieting is not synonymous with bad eating and not eating much less, so I'll leave a suggestion here that is excellent accompaniment to any grilled meat or grilled, or, of whatever else you apetesca! This is one of the quick recipes with success I have in my repertoire, because when I set out to improve my bad eating habits, my mind began to invent alternative recipes and menus, some with more than others with less success. But this is good you can do it!

1 / 4 cabbage, julienned
1 cup leek
1 / 2 cup seedless white raisins
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 / 2 tablespoon curry powder
q.b. salt
1 clove garlic
1 cup milk
After you have cut all the vegetables finely, place in skillet oil and garlic. Let the garlic brown. Place all the vegetables to saute and put some salt um. When the vegetables are cooked but still hard, add milk, curry where previously dissolved, add the raisins. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Note: if you want exotic flavors, substitute milk for coconut milk.
