ingredients:

1 pound peeled and seeded tomatoes
1 medium red onion
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 bunch cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers
1 green bell pepper
½ teaspoon salt

preparation:

Cut the tomatoes, chop the onion


Place in a bowl with the garlic and cilantro.
Remove seeds and cut the peppers into small squares and mix with tomatoes.


Remove seeds and membranes to the bell pepper and cut into small squares.
Mix them with the tomatoes. Add salt.


Note: let marinate (stand) 30 minutes before serving. This sauce is special for soft tacos.
