8$ through paypal is fine because some people can't buy from Rs because of unverified reasons, etc.

Billing Support told me it wasn't because my account wsa unverified it was paypal issues

Dont listen to people telling you to lower your prices

Sell it for 6$ LR (Signup for LR) and your custom RSGP price (usually 10-12m).

If you sell for 6$ LR, you can exchange it with someone for Paypal and get a lot more :d
