The Gears 3 part of the service all depends on the size of your profile and also my connection. If nothing is wrong and I'm able to do it on the first try, service takes about 10 min max.
The Gears 2 part of the service takes around another 10-15 minutes. If anyone is interested in doing this by themselves, PM me and I'll teach you how.

This is a recovery service, which means I recover your account and do it for you. Both games require recovering your account, don't trust me if you don't want to.

The risk of getting banned or reset is very little to none. I, along with 2 of my other good friends, have had these stats for about 5 months now, none of us have been banned or reset in any way. None of the accounts I've recently done have been banned or reset either.

It all depends on the day, and if I have gold on the account.

Im confused, so for gear of wars 2 we would get the max rank, and for gears 3 we would also get the max rank? How long does it take to complete?

Is their any chance of a gamerscore reset or XBL Ban, if not then I wouldnt mind paying you for this service
 

Gears 2: Yes, max level and some achievements included. I don't remember if it has all character unlocks for it though, since some of them depend on your Gears of War 1 achievements.

Gears 3: Max level for Gear 3 is 3rd Re-Up level 100 (a.k.a. level 400), This is 3rd Re-Up level 64 with legit stats (so you can't get banned from GoW3 servers) and there's no chance of a gamerscore reset or XBL Ban, i've done this some friends of mine and my back-up account and we've never gotten banned or reset in any way.
Service takes about 10 or 15 minutes per account, depending on the game (GoW 2 or 3)
It can be done 2 ways, you recover my account and rank transfer glitch onto your account (If you don't trust me), or I recover your account and rank transfer glitch on your account. I'll also be making a post on how to rank transfer glitch if you don't know how or want to know how.

Closing this service for a little while.
I tried doing it on one of my friends accounts, and we tried doing it for about an hour and a half, but I just couldn't get it cuz of connection problems.
It only worked once yesterday because I had a friend of mine with a better connection host a party for me and search for a quick match. If he gets online, i'll ask him to do it again for me.
If anyone still wants it, PM me and i'll let you borrow my account so you can do it yourself.
Also, I'm only letting people I myself deem trusted to use the account.

It does matter. If you get into a match with nobody else and it makes you host, the loading screen takes less time to load and it gives less time to switch accounts. It only works when you're put into a match with other real players, which I haven't been able to get into aside from 1 time.

Fixed my connection problem, which turned out to not even be a connection problem, just had to re-download Fenix Rising and Forces of Nature.
I've done Hat's dummy account, MyNam3IsBoost's account (waiting for him to confirm on it), Rushy's back-up account, and Quad's account (waiting for him to confirm on it).

Well, due to me losing 8GB of content last night (Including all GoW3 DLC), I will be closing the GoW3 part of the service for the time being. I will still be doing GoW2 later today for 2 people (MyNam3IsBoost and Quad), so if you want only GoW2, PM me. (NOTE: If you're level 100 in GoW2, you unlock all gold guns and the Old Guard emblem in GoW3)

Also, if anybody wants to buy the GoW3 account, PM me and we'll talk about a price. The account also has MW2 unlock all and GoW2 lvl 100 + All GoW3 DLC on the account, License transfer available again on August 9th.
