Penguin coded the Award CP. I found this out when I had my award and he was upset when I did. Philly said it's that persons award so he can do what he wants with it. But then again that is ridiculous and looks bad.
It's incredibly stupid looking. I noticed I had given the Xbox Gamer Award to Jake twice and immediately rectified it, this is just stupid and screws up the look of the profile. It should be limited to one of each award per person.
