User claimed to have turboed this instagram after the user that scammed me swapped it. yet his H-F profile is Persist. He has like 7 rep and claims that the person who scammed me is impersonating him.

Can someone explain what/how a "turbo" is done? Like how do you protect yourself from one?

@tabemasu A turbo is a program that keeps checking to see if one name is available and takes it
whenever the name is available. It does this FAST. Most people end up using turbo's for stealing other
peoples names (fucking bullshit) although many users like @Sector and @Rude that have nice IG's,
use them to move their name from one account to another while reducing the risk
that someone takes it.
