What is this all about?

The entire conflict was between the Ukrainian people and their government or their president to be more precise.
The majority supports getting closer with the EU, which only got involved after the protests and the fighting started.

About 100 police were gathered in front of the parliament building, where a Russian flag could be seen flying overhead. Doors into the building appeared to have been blocked by wooden crates and the surrounding streets were mostly deserted apart from people heading to work.

A group of armed men have reportedly seized the government headquarters and the parliament in Simferopol, the capital of Ukraines Crimea region, amid growing concerns over the issue of pro-Russia separatism.

A third world war would be exciting but the world cannot afford to have one. Nuclear weaponry would cause madness, not to mention how much it would hurt our economy once again. However, Russia is being extremely provocative... these headlines are definitely interesting.

You do know that America and the UK said they would help Ukraine if Russia was to invade them, thus making America a likely target for nuclear strikes. Were not gonna get out of this one easy if it goes down sorry to say it that way.

If this escalates into a nuclear shitstorm, it wouldn't last long.

Honestly, we can take Russia easy, but they will hit back. It's like two boxers in the ring. You can expect one to win, but that doesn't mean he won't get punched in the face a couple times.

The United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom have all stated that they will back Ukraine up if Russia starts to enforce bloodshed or war.

Russia will be fucked but I don't think they'll stop until they get what they want.
People have to take in mind, Russia is a supplier for gas and is the 3rd top supplier for gas in Europe.

I can pass. I'll enjoy my simple lifestyle with my Xbox and computer, don't really want to get vaporized by a nuke or live in a nuclear fallout daily, just doesn't sound pleasant.
