All character names from A - C that haven't been used for over 2 years have been cleaned up. Many OG's have been claimed to quickly get in and choose your own.

Names i've seen taken:
Booty
Abacus
Age
Arctic

Either create a new account or change your current account name (you need to be a member or use a bond)
 
I was going to get one, but My java is out of date FML, @aura you should cap me one
 
The good 1s such as Beast,Chaos,Clutch, and stuff liek that were taken the first hour
 
Everytime I find one that's available, it says system error. Won't let me claim one.
 
I go to Runescape.com and it's all in spanish

Nice. I wish I could reserve a name for myself but I'm not at home ATM :/

You need to buy membership either with a card or a bond.

Once you have members, go to account settings on the home page and navigate to "Change Character name".
Pretty simple from there.
 
I suppose all of these OG's are gone... Man, just when I was going to get back into playing it.
