Checked site.
3.5 Framework. C#, needs lots of Dll's. 15$, 1 post.
Good but, bad at the same time. You don't need C++ to make it 2.0 dependent, just go to Project Properties, and find the framework option thing, then change the version.

My programm using EmguCv Library wich require atleast framework 3.5

New, Only require framework 2.0 and you don't need to upload 5 dll anymore.

Lol you are an idiot, i could write everthing in my main language ( french ) but no1 would understand. But you are right, Because i can't spell "Victim" in english that mean i suck at coding.
