What is the best way to get runes fast? besides buying them and runecrafting them.

The only ways to get runes are:

#1: Buy from GE
#2: RC
#3: Kill Monsters

Since you excluded the first 2 ones.. You get the last one like eXero said... :S

Or you can wave you're imaginary wand and wait for the Rune Fairy to pop out and give you endless amounts of runes...
But lets be real here...
You exclude the top 2 ways of getting runes and expect a better way?

Pretty much the only other way to get them would be killing monsters.

Dude what kind of way are u looking for? why wouldnt u buy runes wtf....? And if u exclude rc then what kind of answer are u looking for? Kill monsters or stand on a respawn for 2 water runes lol?
