Well deranged forgot to mention you'll be graahking to achieve that money per hour so you'll need:
For Quests:
Optional-Lunar Diplomacy for NPC contact
For botting (If you bot):
AutoRunecraftPro
For levels:
57 summoning
Optional-67 magic for NPC contact
For items:
500+ Ring of dueling (You can have less, but 500 is if you plan on doing it for awhile without resupplying)
Amulet of Glory (4)-You will need these if you have not done lunar diplomacy or do not have 67 magic
25-50 Spirit Graahk pouches (You can have less, but 50 is if you plan on doing it for awhile without resupplying)
10k-25k pure essance-Much more is recommended if you plan on botting this or don't want to resupply constantly (At 83 RC I craft 38k+ natures in 10 hours)
Small pouch-Found in the abyss, can be used at level 1 runecrafting
Medium pouch-Found in the abyss, can be used at level 25 runecrafting
Large pouch-Found in the abyss, can be used at level 50 runecrafting
Giant pouch-Found in the abyss, can be used at level 75 runecrafting
Nature tiara
Optional but it really helps-Boots of Lightness
Optional but it really helps-Spottier cape
