What I consider an awesome server:
- No :ure or ::master
- Medium/slow leveling
- Skilling along with pking. Both skilling and pking should be incorporated into the economy
- Donor shop with items that are not too powerful
- A nice community manager and moderator(s)
- Rewards for being a loyal member
- Medium graphics, such as the 474
- No bugs/glitches (I can help out checking for these because that is basically what I do on other servers)
- 24/7 and 100% uptime
- Parties!
I might be missing some.

Do it like near reality like have two worlds. We should make one world fast leveling and the other different. 317 is always the best. Make sure you get specs fully working too.

Make it OLD SKOOL pking. So there is no shitty AGS / Hand Cannons. Just Ancients and DDS' Make a shops area close by where you can pick up all the items, and modify the bank to hold more space.

Also make the exp easy to get, but give it a lil of a challenge (Not an instant 99, or no :ure / master.)

The source I have makes that one look like my source's shit.

No point in making a RR private server when there is already 100 out already.

That source you picked isn't that good. All those 634 items lagg the server and require the client to need ATLEAST 500MB of ram at any given moment. I say we pick a smaller more efficient source + client.

I could do this, I wouldn't gloat but I'm probably the most experienced here.

I can do any DEOB as I'm familiar with all of them up to the very latest release.

Also, the source you linked isn't that good, probably unstable, unfinished summoning.

I don't really play RSPS' but if you was to make this I'd probably give it a try.

My idea of a perfect PS would be what you see below. (This was real RS, it's just how I'd enjoy playing it once more...)
