Rules?

Maybe I'm blind but i don't see any clearly defined rules about content and behavior in a thread, help, or the reg agreement. I have a feeling a main point of focus should be Xero legal. The content that is allowed there should be defined to protect the site from legal action or other threats.

We don't want this place to turn into a carding forum. Do we?
