Rule Suggestion - Tagging

Can we make it so that a warning is issued if people just tag everybody online/mass lists of FK members? It's really irritating, and I don't want to disable tagged alerts because they can be quite useful. It's just being used by people to attract attention for their thread.
 
I support this. It is annoying to receive unnecessary alerts.
 
This was already implemented after I made a thread about @"Explode".

Well it's still occurring, and many people are not aware of this rule then.
