RSBuddy help?

Not compiled a script or run rsbuddy in dev mode in a month, I forget quickly. What's the compile thingy? Like javac.exe -jar C:\rsbuddy.jar or some shit?

Also, command to launch in dev mode? I searched the R.S. buddy forum for around a minute and couldn't find anything.
