Well Jagex seems to think it's time for even more equipment revision, don't you think so too? In this thread we will discuss our likes and dislikes of the images being 'leaked' by Jagex. Whenever new images come out I will try to update this thread ASAP.

So tell me RuneGear, what do you think of Jagex's focus on updating things graphical wise?
 
Eh I like the old graphics. Had a more unique look, those pictures are looking a lot more like WoW
 
I love it, I absolutely love it.
I will miss the old look as I've been used to it for years but the improvements look damn amazing.

Well I do appreciate that they're still trying to compete with other MMOs but they need to tone down the similarities. RS was a lot better when it was a unique game.
 
I like the fact that RS is finally becoming more of a grown up MMO. All they need to add now is the ability to use WASD.

These new graphics are amazing. Mainly why I came back to runescape.

I like the old stuff too, but that does look really cool, the only part i dont care for is the new DFH.

How did you find this lol. I love them, I like how even if you're a low level and crappy armour, You look like you are ready to fight a 138 lol.
 
looks pretty good, i'd still play on low graphics, well if i still did play.
 
Picture for full addy isnt working for me by the way, i dont know if anyone else is having this problem.
 
I'm gonna have to buy a new damned graphics card if they keep this shit up, I can barely get 30 fps as it is and my laptop is bare 18 months old.

Well, I think they are thinking of thier older fanbase 18+ that play other PC games and can handle RS with ease and are trying to make it more 'mature' so to speak.

Not saying you aren't mature or 18 but you get what I mean, right?

Yeah they're trying to do something that nobody will like, the reason I started playing RS in the first place was cause it was so SIMPLE. Now it's not even the same game I started playing 7 years ago.
