ROFL,kids arrested

I was walking home from school,all tired and next to my school there is a community police branch.
A couple of kids were playing and one guy just pushed another guy and the dude fell directly into a BUSH...I lol'd hard and the guy who fell tried getting the other guy into the bush,they were fighting and guess what happenend...they both fell into the bush,they were arrested but no charges since they were just kids.
I heard they were brought in for public nuisance.

IKR.its like rapists,murderers,drug traffickers are out there,And i am being arrested for piracy(in this case,public nuisance )?

If they were in the police branch, doing some paperwork or on there break maybe?
