No. Not everyone here is black. And well they have their other part of the city to be with other ******s.
And here they're just a little bit intelligent (because they aren't) they simply go in a motorbike and see who's got a phone. Mine was visible in my pocket since my tennis shorts are a bit tight. And nope, he wasn't after me specifically.
