Roaring Sound?

The only thing I can think of the can cause that noise is something in the drives acting up or a fan in the case.

There isnt one thing in it, I know that for a fact.

@Zeus, and tips on how to fix it?

If you have fan in your computer ( most do ) check for anything that might be clipping it. Also to check your drives, I would suggest getting someone more computer hardware friendly before taking them out and what not. Its also possible that a fan in your PSU is hitting something.

What do you mean by clipping it?

Just something touching the fan while its going, but if its a roaring sound its most likely the drives.

Explain what the drives are too me, cause I'm looking inside of it and there isnt anything hitting it.

Drives like the disc drive or hard drive.

Could also be the fans of the CPU.
