So I paid this graphic designer $55 to do 9 labels. He ended up turning this in:



This made my really upset. IT SUCKS! So I asked for a refund. He refused to refund me and said. If you close the paypal dispute I'll refund you. I closed it, and he ignored me for several days. I had to create a new Skype just to get him to talk to me!

So why did I buy graphics? I think I'm bad and I wanted something better than I could create. But I dont suck this hard! He got the images off GOOGLE IMAGES!! for fucks sake.. This quality of work is not worth $55.


Do you know someone who is good at PayPal logistics and could help me chargeback?
 
That looks like shit. Especially for $55.
Call up paypal, but make sure you say it was a actual item, not virtual.
 
Next time look around for someone with decent rep and vouches (not talking about fk).
 
That really sucks that you got cheated out of money.

You can call PayPal, and tell them That the seller told you to close the dispute, and That the item was never delivered.
 
maybe you can get @Yosemite to help you out. He is probably the best designer on the forums. Sorry to hear this happened to you. I personally have never won a PayPal dispute and I don't think it is very easy.

I've got time, not sure if you'd be willing to invest more money than you already have (if you aren't able to get your money back). But if you are just let me know.
 
I hate getting ripped off, I get scammed a lot too
