I think that some of the Help Documents should be redone and reworded.

Just a few suggestions.

Rune Gear and its management will not under any unlawful circumstances reveal and or disclose a users personal information to any other member, organization, or entity. By registering on Rune Gear you give the management team permission to disclose all information collected to any legal body requesting it through subpoena and or warrants. Legally the site must abide by these requests and will do so to maintain a legally-abiding website according to the laws of the United States of America. Rune Gear will not protect its users from any legal reactions to their conduct on the website.

Subpoena was misspelled and and "it's" was used incorrectly. I think that the part about agreeing upon registering should be in the terms of service.
