Reviewing Ebook Template

I designed a review template, which is what we post when we make a review. None of the images belong to me, They belong to Wreck.
Here is the link, As i cannot post it. It contains 30 images, not 20. Your reviews should contain 14 images, which is low enough.

We need an "Originality" image. Can anyone do this, or get Wreck to make it?

And yeah, I think Originality is very important too.
