I cant access it and I can only use it on a online VPN but I cant make changes to the site using that
So does anyone have one I could use please

It just my forums Im working on its hosted my 000Webhost but sometimes I cant access the site for some reason and I use hidemyass which is an online proxy and it shows the forums are up
So I just want a VPN to be able to still use the forums
