You have to really vote on all of them, not just click

Like click, write in the code click submit on all 3, then choose 2 vote tickets write in theboxer as name and click submit, should say at the bottom that items has been delivered or something like that..

It did work but you choosed the 1M reward, which is worth 1/600 of what the 2 vote tickets are worth :l
