Hey guys, need a quick method to verify my PayPal, will be using it for a service I'm holding and I've almost reached my spending limit ($1500, already verified credit card using Bancore)
This can be black hat or not, I don't care, but I can't go to the bank and open an account for obvious reasons as I am not "of age".
