[REQ] Userbat Template

I need a userbar template. Can someone make me one?

Image Size: The widthcan be anywhere from 130-150 and the height can be anywhere from 42-52. You can decide.
Image Background: Transparent
Userbar Size: Smaller than the Image Size. Give enough space so users can be creative when creating a userbar using the template.
Userbar Background: Dark (Black or Grey)
Design: Preferebly a rectangular like shape with curved edges. Feel free to make it unique.

When I make a set of userbars I usually don't give out the template. I would like to see the website they are going with so I can color match them.

I have a shit load of custom templates but they are being used by other sites
feel free to PM me an offer though.

The site I am using it for is in my signature. I am working with two themes, so if you could make one that fits both, or two separate ones, that would be awesome.
