[Req] Guide to Remove All Recovs and Email?

I need someone who knows how to remove the recoveries and email of an account to please post a guide.

I understand there are methods out there but I heard that JaGex updated their system so you need to do a new method.

I believe the only way to reset recoveries is to wait a full 2-weeks. I don't think there is any other way unless you think you can some how BS your way out of it. "I need to reset my recoveries quickly as I could be hacked any moment!" That might work.
 

Would you mind explaining the 2 week process?
Pretend like I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
 

You click "Cancel Recoveries" under the Account Management section on the homepage of the Runescape website.
 
If you want to get rid of your recoveries, go to account management and go to retrieve a stolen password or whatever it is, if your recover is successive it should delete the recoveries.
