Power Plus and Moderators both have the ability for a 15 +/-

Personally i think Moderators should be able to give more rep.

Personally i think the rep system should go:

Regular - 0
Donator - 1
Onyx - 5
Power - 10
Power Plus - 15
Ex-Staff - 20
Moderator - 20
Staff - 25
Admin - No limit.

I will be making a poll. Vote if you agree or disagree.
 
I would have to agree with all of this. Power+ members should not have the same reputation ability as moderators.

Ex-Staff would have to be added in to your count. But that would work too.

Ex Staff - 25
Mods - 25
Staff -50
Admin - No Limit

That's about right. Ex-staff shouldn't really be able to hand out +/- 20, that's a bit too much.

I have to agree. Since and when you up ranks i.e Power+, Moderator and Staff should be able to give more. For the reason as the rank that they are.
 
I suggested this to Philly on AIM and he said it's fine how it is.

You sit are dumb, staffs opinions are not worth more than normal members.
 
I think there should be a cap on admin/ staff. So philly doesnt go around -1000 people -_-
