I was just wondering if any body could inform me on the ways of maintaining a rep? I havent been negatively repped or anything, its just that I am relatively new. Also previously I used "boosting" my rep but did not mean it in those terms. I meant how to be seen as a trustable and reliable user. Thank you.
 
I joined less than six-hours ago, and I already have three reputation points. Just maintain a standard of high quality posting, you will be noticed, and you will be rewarded... in most cases.

However, remember, reputation is just a number. As long as you don't receiving any minus reputation, members' will still think "highly" of yourself.
 
Hahaha i am going to neg you for this thread. If you don't know why, then you should go back to ttg.

Read the rules and help docs , it will tell you , your not allowed to ask for reputation in any form and if you do , can result in your rep being reset to 0 ( Melt )
 
LOL who cares about rep dude? Like honestly? It doesn't mean anything.

Keep yourself HQ and you'll see some "rep" since it means a lot.
 
Rep as a number doesent mean anything. You do not need a high number of rep to be known or anything. You just need to be respectful and all that and people will start to notice you
 
I am very new also and i don't really care about rep my method of getting known as being trusted is just to do many legit deals.
 
Don't worry about rep dude. Worry about vouches.
 
I'm not exactly and expert (my rep is not that high at all) and i'm not on here a ton. But i believe that you don't have to "maintain" rep, but just you earn it and it slowly adds up. I have seen some pretty as you say "respected" members with not very much rep at all.
