If they ask for a case #, you can either actually call up microsoft and tell them about the issue and say that you have to go and ask for a case id, then call up Amazon.
Or you can just hang up and call again. Some Amazon agents require a case id, and some ignore it/give you a freebie.

However, couldn't amazon contact them with that case number and see if stuff is true?.. That could easily backfire. I sell stuff on my amazon. I don't want it banned due to anything stupid lol.
