Just be a good looking member, people will give it to you at their discretion, there's not much of a specific way to get it.

Was in the middle of a fap fest, reputation is generally given out when someone has a strong openion on you, also after trades are done rep is exchanged as a sort of history to the user.

You get it at the discretion of members. They can do it randomly, or for something specific. Asking for it isn't allowed.
It's sort of like health benefits really.
