I just realized this.. what does that mean and how do we get rep from posts? :s

Just make your posts original or stick out so that people with like them an + rep you.

To Dark, Optics just proved it doesn't work.

I think that's a feature which got removed, but he probably forgot to remove it. Not sure though.

There was a button where you could rep people for their post, but it's removed, but he never removed the text from the reputation page.
