Although I have not yet seen to much reputation abuse I believe we should have a forum to handle those disputes in. For example, say a member rep abuses me, I would go make a thread in the rep abuse forum and if I won the dispute the other member will have negative rep given to him and my negative rep would be terminated. I am just thinking of this because this forum is getting bigger everyday.
 
I talked with Philly a few days ago regarding rep abuse. He says the only rep that should be removed is reputation calling you a scammer without valid proof. Anything else is fair game. Anyways, during deals reputation should never be taken into account, it's all about the vouches.
 
I understand that you can report the rep, but why not have a section for it with a moderator of that section.
 
Because HF is all about rep and posts, this forum is about quality and community.

Chronos I agree with the vouch thing. That is the way the deals should be.
 
I have it to where you can report rep. SO there is no need for a section. However if I do something like this it won't strickly be for just rep. It will just be a private inquires section. In which only staff, admins, and the thread creator can see the thread, and it can be anything that you don't want others to see. I have been planning to add this for a while. It would take care of quite a few of pms I get daily hopefully. Been getting swamped lately.
