Remove recov & email

So I'm trying to sell my zerker and it would be able to sell faster, if I knew how to remove the email and recovery from it. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
 
Accunt management > Change recoveries / Change email

This deletes them then?
 
i made a thread on how to do so, maybe look around first. As for email you need the original to remove it, then confirm the deletion.
 
As posted above, sorrow made a guide that is pretty legit and easy to do.
