Remove Consoles From Account

If you phoned Microsoft and asked them to remove your "cousins" console from your account would this work?

Maybe you can say you sold your xbox 360 that has your profile on it, but your friend told you they can hack you with the xbox serial number, so you can ask if they can remove the console?

They can't remove it nor you. All you can do is disactivate the console, but it'll still show up in the history
